Our Mission

To assist the institution in achieving its educational mission through recruitment and retention of a capable, diverse, and motivated workforce. To provide quality services for the University of Mary Washington employees to enable them to do their jobs and be active, contributing members of the University community.

The Office of Human Resources is conveniently located in the Fairfax House at the University of Mary Washington on the Fredericksburg campus.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
